1️⃣ Flat Bench Press – The Foundation Press
Barbell, shoulder-width grip, controlled descent, explosive push.
💥 Pro Tip: Keep elbows tucked at ~45° — saves shoulders, hammers triceps.
2️⃣ Straight Bar Pushdowns – The Steel Rope Drill
Cable machine, straight bar, lock elbows, push straight down.
💥 Pro Tip: Don’t swing — move only from the elbow hinge for laser isolation.
