🏋️‍♂️ Aaj Ka Workout – Chest Day Routine Breakdown

1. Warm-Up – Jung Se Pehle Ka Armor

  • Arm Circles

  • Band Pull-Aparts

  • Light Push-Ups (2 Sets)

🔸 Tip: Warm-up se blood flow badhta hai, joints ready hote hain aur injuries door rehti hain.


2. Flat Bench Press
📌 Target: Mid Chest
📌 Sets × Reps: 4 × 8–10
📌 Tip: Bar dheere laao, explosive push do. Feet stable, back arched.

🧠 Yeh chest training ka king hai—power aur mass ka base.


3. Incline Bench Press
📌 Target: Upper Chest
📌 Sets × Reps: 4 × 10
📌 Tip: Elbows 45°, bar upper chest pe touch kare.

🧠 Upar ka shelf banana ho to yeh rep chhodo mat.


4. Decline Bench Press
📌 Target: Lower Chest
📌 Sets × Reps: 3 × 10–12
📌 Tip: Wrist straight rakho, top pe lock mat karo.

🧠 Chest ko complete banana ho to isse ignore mat karo.


5. Cable Crossover
📌 Target: Inner Chest & Squeeze
📌 Sets × Reps: 3 × 12–15
📌 Tip: Slight lean, stretch full, squeeze hard.

🧠 Detail aur finishing dene wali exercise—yeh brush hai artist ka.


6. Stretching – Seene Ko Sukoon Do

  • Wall Chest Stretch

  • Doorway Pec Stretch

  • Cobra Pose with Deep Breathing
