1. Warm-Up – Gear Up for Battle

  • Arm Circles

  • Band Pull-Aparts

  • Light Push-Ups (2 Sets)

2. Flat Bench Press
📌 Target: Mid Chest
📌 Sets × Reps: 4 × 8–10
📌 Pro Tip: Controlled down, powerful push up. Solid feet, tight core.

3. Incline Bench Press
📌 Target: Upper Chest
